Our No-Contact & Remote Mission Service is designed for customers who are unable to be present during their junk removal appointment. This service provides flexibility while maintaining clear communication, secure access, and full transparency throughout the process.

By scheduling a no-contact service, you agree to the policies outlined below.

🔐 Property Access & Entry Policy

Customers must clearly specify where items are located and what areas are accessible prior to service.

We will only access areas explicitly approved by the customer
We will not enter homes, garages, or enclosed/private spaces unless prior authorization is provided
If access is unclear, restricted, or unavailable, the service may be delayed or rescheduled\n

⏱️ Service Window & Presence Policy

Customers may provide a preferred service window for when the work should be completed.

We will make every effort to operate within the agreed time frame
If we anticipate arriving outside of that window, we will attempt to contact you before proceeding
If contact cannot be made, the job may be rescheduled to ensure you are aware of when we are on-site\n

🛋️ Large Item & Interior Access Policy

For large or bulky items that cannot be placed outside prior to arrival:

\nAccess must be arranged in advance (in-person, key access, or authorized entry)
If access is not available at the time of service, the job may be rescheduled\n
Additional labor or handling requirements may affect pricing

💵 On-Site Pricing & Approval Policy

All quotes provided prior to arrival are preliminary estimates.

Final pricing is determined on-site based on actual conditions\n
Any changes will be clearly communicated before work begins\n
We will not proceed without approval and a signed service agreement\n

If we are unable to reach you to approve updated pricing, the service will be paused and rescheduled

📲 Customer Availability Requirement

Customers must remain reasonably available by phone during the scheduled service window.

This allows us to confirm access, item details, or pricing if needed
If we are unable to reach you and cannot safely proceed, the job may be rescheduled\n

📸 Item Identification & Photo Requirement

Customers are responsible for clearly identifying all items intended for removal.

Providing photos and detailed descriptions is strongly recommended\n
Items should be placed in a clearly designated area when possible
Houston We’ve Got Junk is not responsible for removal of unintended items due to unclear instructions

🚫 Inability to Complete Service

If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to:

Lack of access
Inaccurate or incomplete information
Inability to confirm pricing or authorization

The service may be rescheduled, and a service fee may apply

❌ No-Contact No-Show Policy

If we arrive and are unable to make contact, we will make reasonable attempts to reach you.

If contact cannot be established, the service will be rescheduled at no additional charge\n
If we are unable to reschedule due to continued lack of communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show\n

In such cases, a partial service fee (up to 50% of the minimum service charge) may be applied to cover time, travel, and operational costs

🔒 Item Authorization & Finality of Removal

By scheduling a no-contact service, you confirm that:

All items designated for removal are authorized for disposal\n
You have ownership or permission to remove those items

Once items have been removed and the crew has departed, all items are considered permanently relinquished and cannot be returned under any circumstances

⚠️ Right to Reschedule or Refuse Service

Houston We’ve Got Junk reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if:

Conditions are unsafe
Access is not properly arranged
Job details differ significantly from what was provided
Required communication or authorization cannot be obtained
